Road accident

Respected sir

mere dost ne drink ki hui thi aur uski car ka bike ke sath accident ho gya aur 2 people ki death ho gai ....medical mei v prove ho gya ke drink ki hui thi....kya koi rasta hai jis se koi benefit mil jaye....aur iski punishment kya hoti hai ??
