i am a govt employee. In 2014, police sent us jail due to jam at national highway in a rally against govt. we remain in jail 15 day and come out on bail. After two months all sections on us were dismissed and case is closed after the statement of police that these all are not present at the spot. Can we avail any leave of that period because govt dismissed the case
