SC/ST PEOPLE LAND PURCHASE BY A GENERAL PEOPLE

Hello sir /ma'am 1)I would like to know how a general public purchase a sc/St people land?? 2)is any permission required?? 3)please provide me the procedure??

legally not possible and any such transaction shalll be null and void.So dont purchase,if u purchase urentiremoney would be lost.

How??? In case of odisha state the subdivisional officer given a permission to those sc/St people who are having a land above 5acre.in such case they apply before the authority & get the permission. After that they sold the land to general people.
