how pay fixation will be made in case a central govt employee having pay 36500 with grade pay 4200 joins other central govt post with lower pay 29200 with grade pay 2800 after tendering technical resignation on 20 jun 17 as per 7 th cpc. Date of previous increment is 1 jul 16. Date of 4200 grade pay joining is 1 dec 15 and second joining grade pay 2800 is 20 jun17. Pse illustrate . 9910585422
