Complaint

Kindly Guide to make a complaint on Advocate who humilated me,shouted in the court,abused me in front of Judge,while maintainence case was in proceedings Advocate or jts Junior was not in U How do I complaint and where.? What action will be taken ? as there is no proof.

I have party purchase order and our sale bill and also party bounce cheque dated 18/4/2017 after cheque bounce party assured me for payment and now after three months party tell he is not give my payment what can I do please advice
