Section 9 of hma winner by husband & filed execution of decree

I have query on, Once decree of HMA Sec. 9 (RCR) in Favour of Husband & husband file Execution of Decree, But Till opposite party(wife) not responding or not submit rply on execution petition. The Judge say take step or submit step in Execution of Decree (Sec.9 HMA). What meaning of Steps in Execution & What will do by Husband

Other steps are like servicve of notice by publication and attachment, arrest of judgement debtor.

Opposite party appear in court but not filling reply, that why judge say take steps in case..to petitoner
