498 case

My broter wife father filled a 498 case on me my mother and my dad....where as husband name is no there...they live in same house but in diffrent portion...i need a good lawyer for quashing this from allahabad high court.....i need ur suggestions from every one....plz friends help me out...the case foe filled on 2012...chargesheet has been subit now......need ur suggestion friends plz...

Charge sheet and other facts of the case are required to be examined in order to give any suggestion. Some time it is fatal to approach high court as any observation of high court may prejudice your case. So if required consult with details.
