In the Bombay High Court, as far as Criminal matters are concerned, a Single Judge is not eligible to deal with an application seeking review, modification or setting aside of any order passed by a Division Bench.

The same is provided in the notification attached to this response. (Pg 5, point (h))

Even in Civil Matters, a Single judge has no power to modify the orders of a Division Bench of the Bombay High Court.

Further research on the Judgments is under process and will be conveyed here as soon as completed.
