Please advice me

Hi !!!

Main aur mera husband Hyerabad me ek rented house me rehate he, owner ke pass hamara 2 months ka deposite tha, aur hamara rent payment ka cycle 15-15 he, inshort hum use advance me rent dete the.

But just in last month on dated 12.05.2017, usane woh property ek bande ko bech di, hamara ek month ka rent cut karake baki ek mahine ka rent as deposite naye owner ko de diya. Par ab naya owner bol raha he ke woh ek mahine ka rent jo use old owner se mila tha woh as May-June rent me adjt kiya he.. to naya contract karte waqt 2 months deposite aur 1 month advance rent aur dedo, 

But hamare old owner ne already May-June ka rent le liya he, aur new owner ne bhi liya, means same month ka 2 bar rent pay kiya he... i.e. Rs. 27000/-

Abhi old owner hume rent ka baki ka paisa nahi de raha he.. to hum kya kare..

Isake liye legal procedure kya hogi..

Aap apna rent agreement enforce krwa skte ho Apne rent pe old owner se lia tha not from new owner and before selling his home he should give you notice that he's selling his house and there will be new owner After enforcement of old rent agreement you can ask your new owner to make a new agreement with his name and terms and condition But for now your old agreement will be considered
