My client wants to start industry on agriculture land situated in rural area in rajasthan which is below 2500 Sq. Meter. Now I want to know that can we clam electricity duty exemption in above situation and what is relevant laws?? Please suggest.

Yes, local laws apply; only a local lawyer can advise. Perhaps, you may be able to get guidance from District Industries Centre.
