I Mihir B Joglekar is resident of Co-operative Housing Society located at Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra. My question is, on failing in meeting with the Quorum required for Managing Committee can Managing Committee can permit Co-opt Member option ? As far as recent changes in Co-operative Societies Act 1960 this option is removed. Please confirm.
Further, kindly let us know what is the procedure for admission of New Committee Members as per By Laws of the CHS, as some of the members are willing to be part of the Managing Committee.
Secondly, can that co-opt member sign on vouchers / Job Orders / Contract in place Chairman / Secretary / Treasurer ?
