Sir, When two lawyers collude with an intention to cheat one of the clients and if the complaint is made by the aggrieved with BAR Council for investigation whether such lawyers can be allowed to continue to deal the case / argue the case pending disposal of the case by BAR COUNCIL? Any decided case laws please.

Bar council of India have suspension rights on lawyers. Duration is depend upon the their cases.
