Muljim or Aaropi

Dear sir/ madam I am accused in one criminal case court of ACJM ( Jaipur)and the case is under trial Now my question is that in my case charge has been framed and case is in witness process , is this right of magistrate to call me muljim ..in court of ACJM( Jaipur) magistrate himself called me muljim so many times .. In my knowledge magistrate couldn't call muljim until found guilty after completion of trial . Please do clarify and thanks in advance.
