I reside on 1st flat in 5 floorised building. In my bedroom's bathroom there is a lickage from the bathroom of 2nd floor's. I told him but he is not responding at all. He gave that flat on rent. The person who has take that flat on rent is also not responding. My society is not registered so members of the society also saya that it is the matter of you both flat holders, we can not do anything in that.
My question is there is a fault in upper floor's bathroom. Where can I complaint to resolve my this problem? Can I approach Municipality or can I complaint in Polica Station regarding that?
Kindly help me in this matter.
