HELP REQUIRED

Dear sir, I'm Ajoy Roy from Sonarpur Kolkata. I'm want to asking something. I have a little Daughter of Four years age. I wants to know that if we (mean's me and my wife) wants to take Mutually Divorce whenever my wife is working. And she told me that she will not interested for giving me permission about any relationship between Me and my Daughter. Sir, I'm saying that I can't live without my Child. Is there any Law for my site?

If you really love your daughter then why you want divorce? Before thinking MCD have you ever thought about your daughter future? Your one step will spoil your daughter life. You both can remarry after divorce but what about your daughter.who will take care of your daughter. Step parents can never become real. She need both parents. Anyway if you go divorce you can file custody for daughter but chances of getting it are very less or nil
