Property papers held with anathor

A land was purchased in the name of mine when i was a minor and the registry papers were held by my elder brothers subsequently when i got married the my brothers refused to provide me the original papers how can i get the original papers? Also in the photocopy which i had it has my maternal surname written on it since i was minor then
