Validity of marriage

I'm a christian and my wife a hindu. We got married in 1997 as per hindu rituals and our marriage certificate says ' registered as per hindu marriage act'. However, I was never converted to hinduism. So, will this certificate be valid if I file for a divorce citing adultery? ( I've ample evidence to prove that) Now, in year 2000, my family accepted our union after our child was born. So, my wife got baptized along with my child as a christian and we had a christian wedding in the church and the church has issued a new marriage certified. My question is, which one of the certificate should I produce to proceed with the divorce? Thanking in advance for any guidance.

Hello if your wife change her relation and she is now christian than your case now came under special marriage act and  if you file for divorce in special marriage act .
