Some of my late grandmother's share certificates are missing.
We know the shares are still in her name because the dividends are still coming.
How to get a succession certificate for such shares?
Can we approach a court without the exact details of the shares held by my grandmother. We only have the folio number and quantity of shares. We don't have the exact share certificate numbers and the distinctive share numbers.
