Can I resign and rejoin after Hon'ble HC decision

We 8 Officers are not being confirmed since our joining of last 3 years in a CPSU without giving any reason, when employer served notice to terminate in July-2016 v got stay for HC. They r not giving us any increment or PRP so I am quite frustrated seeing this discrimination. If I quit this job can I rejoin after Hon'ble Court decision in our favor ?

It is felt that: If you resign the relationship of employer-employee shall end.

If you want to retain it: Don’t resign.

If you resign, you will not get back your job even the HC decision goes in favour of officers.  If you are worried about your increment, then ask your advocate to move an interim application for the same in the pending HC case.
