I have purchased a property in Pune. I have registered it in my and my real brother name. Here I am 1st applicant and my real brother is second applicant. Money is paid by me to builder for all own contribtion payment, not by brother . In agreement my real brother is only co-applicant.
I am borrowing loan from LIC housing FIn. They raised question for disbursement of loan amount. As my real broher is owing 50% steak in this property.
What is solution on this case?
