Hello everyone I was booked under the charges of 323,34,341 IPC.The complainant wanted to compromise and becuase of this the judge sent us to the mediation cell and we signed the compromise deed but I am confused that compounding of the above mentioned sections hamper my chances for govt jobs and what will come in my police verification report.Point to note is that no party has paid any amount to each other and no pressure was put up to the complainant to get the case compounded.(Its written in the mediation report.)Thanking you all
