Will

Can a daughters claim share in self acquired property of father if he already made his last registered will in favour of his son and died? Can a registered will be challenged?

No, Daughters cannot claim on the property in respect of self acquired property of father.

Registered WILL is not easily set aside on counts of authenticity.

Any WILL can be contested, on merits.

On what grounds you wish to contest the registered WILL?
