Recently collegium list cleared and several advocates started directly as judges without any prior training for judgment writing. This is causing great harassment in litigants by vague directions without proper reasoning without speaking order.
Is there any provision of judgment writing training during probation period of judges or directly assuming as full fledged judges without any detailed knowhow of judgment writing.
