there was sales tax in Tamil Nadu due for firm 'A'. All the partners of the firm 'A' died. the partners of firm 'A' are partners of firm 'B' with another person. whether the properties of firm 'B' can be attached for the dues of firm 'A'. there is no notice to all the legal heirs of deceased partners of firm 'A'. there is properties of firm 'A' is in possession of one of the legal heir of one deceased partner. Partition suit is pending in both the case. the Sales Tax department is not party to the cases. Please clarify.
