School neither taking fees nor resolving the issue

A kid studying ub CBSE school Karnataka, school is charging more for annual fees and fees.

Many parents raised voice over annual fees & tuition fees and contacted principle.  The principle of the school from past 6 months said they will resolve it.  Even after 6 months no response from school, sent circular to collect the fees for all parents and now the school is not accepting any fees from the who raised voice (parents).

Principal is saying, school fees will be collected after he resolving the issue. He is not giving in writing for the same.

Our concern is school may not allow kids for exam and even if they write exam they may not go for next academic.

Kindly suggest how to tackle this issue. Which Act or law can save these kids.

Collective action as a group through interference and representation of DEO.

Its business out there and your kids future is in question.  So you should always tread carefully.  If you speak kanoon, you will have TC in hand and need to find another place for your kid.  Wait until they resolve the matter.  Persistently ask them nicely, that is what you can do.

Thanks DEO full form?

I heard, even kids don't pay fees (we are not in that caterogory) they cannot be removed from school.

We have approached many times nicely, they are not responding.
