Appointment of independent director

Dear All,

I have a query regarding appointment of Independent Director.

We have casual vacancy in our company for I.D and management told me that we have to take more time to fill a casusal vacancy or is there any other way to complied the Provision.

So can i request to ROC or BSE to give more time to appoint an I. D. (Last date for fill a casual Vacany is 7th March -2017)

Please reply as soon as possible.

Whenever there is a casual vacancy an independenrt Director In a Public Limited Compny normally Board of Direcotrs will fill the casual vacancy out by appointing an independent director WAITING TILL A SUITABLE CANDIDATE IS FOUND. If you appreciate this answer please give me a like on my profile.
