Framing of issues

Respected Experts,

I have filed a Civil  suit for Defamation / Compensation against my EX Wife for filing severa false cases against me and my family members after the divorce. All those were rejected as false .She also caused me huge financial loss.. . The court has now asked me to submit "framing of issues".

I shall be extremely grateful if you could suggest me a few issues siuting my case so that I can submit those to strengthen my case.
