demand notice

Dear members, if a demand notice undr section 13(2)is issued to a Defaulter and after one year again a notice is issued to the Defaulter that was by mistake and in the notice there was some typo error and again after one month another notice was issued , after that both the notices were withdrawn. I want to know whether the first notice is in force or we have to issue a fresh one

As notice is withdrawn it is considered as NO notice.
