Dear Sir,
I have finalise the flat purchasing in Bangalore which is averge cost flat with no major aminities. After payment of advance amount and scuritiny of legal papers, we understand that there is a note mentioned on the BBMP floor plan approval stating that the plan is approved subject to 10% of open space and park case.
Further, the builder has told that this case is pending as whole Bangalore and no issue, we had sold many flat after this case has filed.
Please let me know Is it good to buy this flat or legal issue will be there in future. Need your advice..
