Multiple rti applications

(1) Can I use an address other than my residential address to get the information under RTI?

The reason is: I am temporary located on outskirts of the city where delivery of posts is irregular and unreliable.
My friend stays in city area. I want to use his address for RTI purpose.
Is there any legal/technical problem if I use his address for RTI Applications purpose?

(2)Can I send multiple RTI Applications to one organization in single envelope  (by Post with Registered A.D.) mentioning total number of applications in covering letter. Each Application will have separate Reference Number for identification.

Dear Vinod,

Yes you can use another address. You just have to make sure that you receive the reply.

Why you want to file multiple applications to one single department ?

If there is only one PIO in the organization, then better to ask info in one application, subject to the word limit of 500 words.
