It act: confusion that the sections are bailable or not??

I am having confusion that whether section 65, 66-A, 66-B and 72 of IT Act are bailable or not? Please consider Information Technology Ammendment Act-2008 as well before making opinion. Actually the opinion is divided that is why i am asking this question here. Thanks

Read offence under Sections 65 and66 of the Information Technology Act is bailable in view of Section 77B of the InformationTechnology Act. Section 77 B was introduced by the Information Technology (Amendment )offence punishable with imprisonment of three years and above shall be cognizable and the offence punishable with imprisonment of three years shall be bailable. And 66A is stucked down by Supreme Court in Shreay Singhal case as unconstitutional.
