Dv help

Dear Lawyers

My wife filed a false DV case against me. The matter has been set to mediation Judge who insisted me to make compromise to accept my wife back home. I am ready to make compromise.

But my question:   Does she keep the DV case running in the Court even after I take her back home? Will she not withdraw it first and then join me in the home?

If compromise is arrived during mediation there is no need to pursue the case any more.she can join you immediately in your matrimonial home

yes of course . One of the pre requisites of the reconcilliation would be withdrawal of all the cases that the parties have filed against each other.
