Can we share our property ?

I am Sneha, Canadian Citizen of Indian Origin. I have three brothers. My father had property in toronto, Canada as well as in India. After my  father's death his property is to be distributed amongst us. But one of  my brothers is differently abled and can not decide things by himself. He is 14 years old and lives with my and myself. What should we do with share of my brother? I talked to Chandigarh/ India based property lawyers (https://simranlaw.com/property-disputes-lawyer-chandigarh/) but they told me that they could advice only for property situated in India. But my question relates also to Canadian law. I want to know basic concepts of real estate and property law in Canada in my context. A few good links to Canadain legal websites. Also what are Canadian Courts' views about conflicting judgements (in case we have in future) in private international law?

Regards
Sneha

Querist @ Avinash Sinha,

In this query you are Sneha.

In other query you are Jonathan, working as a delivery person.

In other  query you are working in a private limited company as a graphic designer.

In all queris you are referring to a law firm.

Who are you and what exactly do you want from your threads!

I am amused why would someone include website address of the law firm in a post?
