As per law he can approach court for annulment or divorce. Keep in mind that any court in India will see his claims with lot of suspicion. If wife denies his claims then there is no way for the husband to prove his story. Any false story made by the wife about domestic violence and dowry harassment will be presumed as true. Husband will have to defend the allegations and prove them false. Courts will happily transfer all cases to city of her choice, force husband to pay travel expenses to fight his case, they will make husband pay for his as well as her legal fees in addition to paying her a good amount as maintenance. The cases will run in courts for 10 years. Long story short - suck it up and deal with it - past cannot be changed, but present and future is in your hands. Second option is to convince her for mutual consent divorce. Final option is to go through the painful process I outlined above.

Excellent response. Agree completely. Don't fight with her though you are anguished. Try to adjust yourself, or if that doesn't work, convince her nicely for amicable divorce. Admit that fault is in you. Lie that you are not able to satisfy her because of problem in you. Somehow get her to agree for divorce, but don't make her feel you want it. Then she'll squeeze you good.
