We are having a company and obtained regsitration to do certain services. Regsitration obtained from Non profit organization which is basically funded by Ministry of Industray and Commerce. I have one question as mentioned below;
1. We have made a complaint against thier Director, CEO and Decision Committe for thier incompetence services and Malafide act. But now, we received show cause notice form them and issued by Director. Question: Since we have lodged compliant, the same person issued show cause notice to us. Is this correct? I mean complaint person issuing a show cause notice against the complianant. Is this against impartialiaty?
