Do not approach Hicourt under 397. Not admissible. 482 is the section.

Thanks experts. I really appreciate your valuable time & replies.

But I am still confused in rgard of UNDER WHAT SECTION I SHOULD FILE REVISION IN HIGH COURT. DIFFERENT OPINIIONS OF EXPERTS.

Interim maintenance is an interlocutory order and hence no revision lies.

And once a revicion by higher court is dismissed no further revision is allowed.

You can try under 482  before HC but for that you must have very solid case.
