hi,
can anyone provide me the format/draft of appeal to Custom Excise Gold (control) Appellate tribunal. this is my first case before the CEGAT and i don't know the manner of drafting of appeal prrevailed at CEGAT. Is it similar to taht of High court appeal?
I will highly obliged if someone gives me guilelines on the matter.

Give me ur e mail ID ?
CEGAT is now CESTAT= Cusstom Excise and Service TAx appellate tribunal.
format is not same as high court..
Form ST 4 for service TAx appeal and Form EA 3 for excise are used to file Appeal before CESTAT
