----- On 3 May, 2016, Secretary General reported a message from Rajya Sabha intimating that Rajya Sabha had returned without any recommendation the Bill, as passed by Lok Sabha.
 
3. The Appropriation Acts (Repeal) Bill, 2015, as returned by Rajya Sabha with amendments ----- The amendments made by Rajya Sabha in the Bill, as passed by Lok Sabha, were considered and agreed to by Lok Sabha on 3 May, 2016
 
4. The Repealing and Amending (Third) Bill, 2015, as returned by Rajya Sabha with amendments.----- The amendments made by Rajya Sabha in the Bill, as passed by Lok Sabha, were considered and agreed to by Lok Sabha on 3 May, 2016.
 
5.  The Appropriation (No.2) Bill, 2016 ---- The Bill was introduced, considered and passed on 3 May, 2016.
 
6. The Compensatory Afforestation Fund Bill, 2015.  ---- The Bill, as amended, was passed on 3 May, 2016.
 
7. The Finance Bill, 2016. ---- The Bill, as amended, was passed on 5 May, 2016
 
 8. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, as reported by Joint Committee ---- The Bill was passed on 5 May, 2016.
 
9. The Anti-Hijacking Bill, 2016 as passed by Rajya Sabha. ---- The Bill, as passed by Rajya Sabha on 4 May, 2016, was laid on the Table of Lok Sabha on 6 May, 2016.

After observing I feel few bills only passed in parlament in second session. 

At this rate boost to economy will not take place and we will be there where we are .
