Passport issuance

Sir,There is a case of accident is running against me in u/s 279, 338 & 304 A. I recently applied for new passport where I mentioned these sections clearly. I want to know that can passport issued in such sections or not.

The Passport office will ask you to get the permission from the court in which this case is pending and then issue the new passport.
