I am suffering from false and fabricated case against me . Please guide me
place of incidence - meeurt police station dt 11.03.2012
a patient get mlc from one government hospital (meerut ) 11.03.2012 , in report x-ray was recommended and after 3 days he get treated (x-ray &operation ) from another privated hospital ( delhi ) without reference from previous hospital , with no reference number . Doctor of delhi private hospital did not mention anything regarding previous hospital report . But the patient after treatment submit report this report to the meerut police station .
question is -
do court admit the delhi hospital report or it consider it two separate case . is there any judgement regarding this .
