Are the tribal govt employees in the specified areas still need to submit "Exemption Certificate" for exemptions under the section?

Sir/Madam,...I WORK IN PSU BANK..AS A MANAGER ,i BELONG from MANIPUR,KOM TRIBE(ST) POSTED IN KOHIMA ,NAGALAND.my query is..do i still need to submit "Exemption Certificate" u/s 197 fr IT exemption.
