Action against llp company

LLP company is not paying money of work done even after 3 months and asking that please show me what you had earn !!!!!

Whom should I contact?

Any law of limitation applicable or not ?

Sir this my question agar koi company jaise Samsung mobile company hamara mobile sahi karke nhi Dey pa rahi hai to uske regarding mujhe guidelines chaheye taki main unpar case kar sakoon

Main yahan char martaba mobiles. LLP is like a company only n has its own legal entity. Hence you can send legal notice to them first and in case of still not paying you may file a recovery suit. Yes law of limitation shall b applicable.
