one bike accident occurred 25 years back. Pillion rider expired in that accident. The owner of the bike settled the case with 4 lakhs compensation out of court same year. Now the heirs of the dead person filed case for 50 lakh compensation. The owner of the bike died in 2012. what can be done now?

You have one ground i.e. limitation. The cause of action does not exit after 25 years. If you have any documentary record to show that it is already settled.
