Immediate help needed

Dear lawyers, your expert comment is required on section 319. application under section 319 has been dissmissed by lower court on the ground that their is nothing in the file except statement of the complainent on which police has enquired and found no involvement of persons. DSP has also endorsed the same. Now complainent has gone to Sessions court for revision appeal which was fixed for 28-3-16 alongwith application for stay of further preceeding in lower court. Again complainent preferred early hearing of revision which is fixed for 11-2-16. FIR was registered in Jan. 2011 and out of 12 Witnesses of police only one remained unexamined. Kindly advise how to stop stay on proceedings
