Today afternoon, my friend was driving his car on highway near mumbai banglore express highway.
A man was talking on the phone and crossing the road on a highway, my friend saw him cross the road and all of sudden that guy stopped and took a uturn , my friend hit his brakes hard but the guy dashed to his car.
His leg started paining, ! Many people present at the sight, suggested him to go ahead, but he took him to a hospital. and also took a xray and paid for the xray!
it was discoverd that guy has got a hairline fracture.
The guy said, you should pay all the moeny (50-60k) of the plaster! My friend said , firstly it was your mistake, crossing a highway and talking on phone , so i wont pay anything
Plus that guy had a insurance but he still kept on demanding to pay for everything!
They have taken my friend's car number and contact number!
Should He worried?? What steps should be taken in this circumstances ??
