In our Flat builder is maintaining society right now.
and he has given basement on rent to third party,he has mentioned in sale deed that the usage of basement and ramp are exclusive right of commercial unit holder.
by mentioning in sale deed can he give the right of using basement to commercial unit holder
there is only one commercial unit in apartment and property is situated in gujarat.
pls adivse in said matter.
