Changing Lawyer

Hello, Please advise me how I can get divorce asap. Details :- - Divorce with Mutual Consent. - Approchaed lawyer in Oct 2014. - wife went to her house due to medical reason and came back in month of may 2015. Due to this reason we filled petition on 2nd May 2015. - Lawyer assured 3rd Dec 2015 will be final hearing. Now the problem is he is not providing date to us. During this 6 months my spouse got job in Dubai and need to join asap. But the lawyer is saying the judge is on leave so he has postponed the date to next month. when I asked for the date there is no answer. please advise what to do now? - Joz
