Sir,
I wanted to know What is the maximum rate of interest that can be charged on overdue invoice amount??
Also wanted to know that can it be mentioned on Invoice itself that if the invoice amount is not paid within 60 days then interest at the rate of 2% per month shall be charged. And on that basis suit can be filed for unpaid invoice amount and interest??

yes. you can approach as per invoice mentioned interest rate.
