Further to my query on M/s Neptune increased the cost, please note that M/s Neptune did not enter into agreement/ registration till date. However, they had issued allotment letters to all the buyers in 2010 for '100 Above Project'.
The project was sold at premium to the market price at that instant of time.
Appreciate if somebody can suggest legal course of action or other appropriate forum to resolve the issue.
