call from delhi lawyer on unpaid airtel bill

Hi all I just got a call from some one saying himself as delhi lawyer. He was saying that I have not paid airtel bill of 1500 rupees. So he us registering a case against me and I have to go under 6 month prison and to pay 32000 rupees fine. I told him that I was not able to pay because of bad financial conditions but he did not listen and said that we are registering a case. I think this is a fake call but wanted to know if there is any truth in this. Can any one help here me
